1. Who we are

The controller of your personal data is Outbox Ltd. (Outbox d.o.o.), Dunajska cesta 107, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia. For any privacy question, contact us at info@out-box.ai.

2. What we process and why

  • Visiting the website. When you open this website, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data needed to deliver the pages and keep them secure: your IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring page, and your browser and device type. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). This data is kept only as long as necessary for security and operation.
  • Contacting us by email. If you write to us, we process your name, email address and anything you include in your message, in order to answer you and, where relevant, to prepare or perform a contract. Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep this correspondence as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and longer only where the law requires it.

We do not use analytics, tracking, advertising or social media plugins on this website, and we do not sell your data.

3. Who receives your data

We use service providers who process data on our behalf under data processing agreements: our website hosting provider (Lovable) and our email provider. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; in that case transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

4. Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on our legitimate interests. To exercise these rights, email info@out-box.ai.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (Informacijski pooblaščenec), Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, www.ip-rs.si.

5. Automated decisions

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

6. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the last update.
